Trump was not my first choice, but nothing has really changed and he won the nomination despite his well known and unhidden history. Trump never hid his sins, and bragged about his exploits. The only thing different now is an audio tape of the type of bragging that should be expected from him at that point in his life. Private, lewd comments. Never intended for the public. Unless he is without sin, Trump’s apology for comments made over 10 years ago about his conduct (which shows when he made advances and was rejected - he didn’t rape the women as Bill did - nor did he trash any woman who accused him of behavior as no one complained at the time).
Hopefully Trump’s upcoming video statement will not only apologize for his comments but show he recognizes his playboy past was improper and that he has changed his life.

Unfortunately EVERY candidate is going to face questions about Trump’s comments; Republican candidates in various races shouldn’t have to lose defending this nonsense.
