I think Lt General Flynn has the pulse inside. So much of the command structure was determined by their enthusiasm for homosexuals and other sexual deviates to be integrated into sensitive and important combat positions and for the huge reduction in size and capability without complaint because we are not an exceptional country. They were carefully vetted for socialist beliefs. There were thousand removed just on those criteria alone.
