If you do not know who the mark is, you are the mark. Hillary gets away with this corruption because everyone in D.C. is in the business of wetting his beak, Hillary just more so. Everyone is with sin and no on dare cast stones.

In the bad old days of corruption invovling railroad rights of way or some such, the filthy corrupt crony-capitalist still had to build a railroad and make it operate profitably. Modern cronyism relieves anyone of actually having to do anything at all except scratch a few more itches down the line.
