Ez-Zohra Baidouri, 73, emigrated from Morocco in 1986, settled with her family in Northeast Philadelphia, and embraced U.S. citizenship 15 years ago.
On a recent afternoon, following prayers at Masjid Al Furqan mosque on Roosevelt Boulevard near Cottman Avenue, she purposefully signed a voter registration form - a first for her.
"Trump, not," she said, making no secret of her motivation.

Anyone remember ACORN?
“embraced U.S. citizenship”
Should read, “bestowed the privilege of U.S. citizenship”
president obama’s been importing/snactioning democrat voters for eight years.
Surprise!
The importation of foreigners has been the core of the globalists plans to steal our country from us.
And George W. Bush for eight years before him.
ex-zohara or whatever her name is, may be a very nice person
but
we need to repatriate, return the Moslems to their own countries ASAP!
as a group, they are EXTREMELY DANGEROUS in whatever countries they move into
Why do these muzzies even have the right to vote?
Ping!
If jailing disproportionate numbers of black people is bias, why is concentrating on Arab voting not bias?
WOW...never would have imagined...
Just like a few days ago I was wandering the old neighborhood on Google Maps to see what stores/homes were still there and I came across this at the intersection of Bustleton and Devereaux Streets, four blocks from the old homestead and blocks away from Roosevelt Boulevard and Cottman Avenue .
At first glance I thought I had stumbled into a time warp with one of the Sisters of St Joseph standing on the corner, head turned away from the oncoming camera, waiting for a bus...which actually NEVER would have happened in the 60's.
On further exploration I found that it was not a time-warp, but it was Planet Bizarro...
Oh, Lord, have mercy!!!!
They are all over Souffooey, too, especially since Kenny Gamble built a mosque in South Central just west of Broad.
Would never have happened because why? Didn't go out in public as much back then? (Just curious.) I remember one time in the 80s offering a ride to a nun in full habit who was standing on the southbound corner near Strawbridge's. She accepted, too. Different times.
In the 60's, combination of them not being out in public much, always travelling at least in pairs and always someone from the parish driving them to where they needed to go.
Sounds right. I remember when they changed the habit to that gray dress just below the knee and the abbreviated headpiece. And the sensible shoes and usually a nice cardigan!
