Trump is not down 10%, except in some outlier polls, like Monmouth who couldn't predict the sun rising tomorrow with any accuracy. RCP average is 5% and very doable. I don't have Pa in the Red column on election day and it won't be needed.

Monmouth was caught juicing the presidential poll in Ohio in late August. It appears they are doing it again, showing Hillary up there.
Sadly, I have to agree. Too many dead people voting in Philadelphia.
