Amber Rudd has announced major new restrictions on overseas students, including two-tier visa rules affecting poorer quality universities and courses, a crackdown on work visas and the introduction of a £140m “controlling migration fund”.

Good move. Much of the riff raff moving to Old Blighty is not from the EU. Leaving the EU won’t change that migration pattern.

The latter is all they care about. Foreign students pay full fare, not subsidized by the UK government *if they are at all like the US).

My son is a student over there. He was no intention of staying once he’s done.

I told him he had to pick a grad school east of the Mississippi. I forgot to mention the “pond”.
