"Dinh-Zarr said the train's engineer told investigators
the train was operating properly before it crashed
Thursday morning. The engineer also said the train was
operating at 10 mph as it approached the station. He
told investigators he has no memory of the accident."

The engineer can remember the train was operating properly,
and even the speed it was moving at
but the guy says he can't remember the accident.
I don't believe his memory loss story.

I find it difficult to believe the train was only going 10 mph.
Pics that I saw featured huge concrete train stoppers.
