Rep. Ratcliffe from Texas questioned Director Comey about this. He listed all the many times that evidence was electronically deleted or destroyed, included material under subpoena. Ratcliffe said, "this screams obstruction of justice." Here's what Comey had to respond to destruction of evidence under subpoena: "To ignore that which we don't have . . . we live in a fact-based world . . . so it's hard for me to react to these things you don't have . . . so that's my reaction to it." Ratcliffe's questioning is worth listening to in its entirety. link
Because in the USA we are all equal under the law, anyone contacted by the FBI should demand these very same “side deals” when questioned about pending charges.
This entire government is riddled with corruption and deceit. We can not last long as a nation with this wickedness. God is not mocked.
They destroyed evidence. They could have given them immunity, but they should never destroy evidence. That should never have been part of the deal. I just can’t believe how people will still vote for Hillary and insist that Trump is worse. I’m just flabbergasted.
