Wikileaks has abruptly canceled a much-anticipated announcement on Tuesday, according to NBC News. The announcement had been expected to be founder Julian Assange’s long-promised document dump on Hillary Clinton.

They cancelled the "balcony appearance" by Assange.
Given that Clintonites like Bob Beckel have called for his assassination, that's not surprising.
It doesn't necessarily mean they have cancelled the document release.

One possible explanation is that Assange is bluffing and,in fact,has nothing.Another possibility is that The Former Twelfth Lady's “confidential assistants” have waved a carrot and/or a stick in front of his face.
