In 2012 0bama was re-elected by an electorate that knew he was utterly contemptuous of the law. The more disdain for the rule of law she shows the better her chances.

That's why I say that if this country is debased enough to put her into the White House, kiss my buy American beliefs goodbye.

Dumbass Tapper tried to conflate that this morning. Tapper needs to be fired for being STUPID on purpose.

FOX was all over it too including that moron that has the last debate. They also had many experts on saying he had to stay on message and say nothing bad about her highness. I can't watch them anymore except Dobbs, Hannity, Judge Jeanine. The five is unwatchable with Juan, the dog lover Dana and the mouthy midget.

I can remember be able to carry a loss over 3 years. I think how it worked...take 1/3 each year for 3 years.

No he got to avoid all taxes for the last 21 years and the only way he can prove he didn't is to release all his tax returns, FOX said so repeatedly.

Selective enforcement renders a law null and void. Since this corrupt administration won’t prosecute democrats, the law applies to no one, and is without validity.

However, you know damn well that this administration does whatever it wants, without regard to right or wrong.

The real question that arises from this thread is - Did the NY Times (and Mr. Trump’s former accountant who released his 1995 tax return without Mr. Trump’s permission) break privacy laws.

It is not a crime unless Loretta Lynch says it is.

The 'government' can kiss my willing cooperation goodbye. When the results came in that 0lawless had won re-election Old Glory came down and a Mad Jack Rackham went up and still flies today. I don't fly it because 0bama is a criminal I fly it because a majority of the sovereign people of America approved of his criminality and thereby the end of the rule of law.

If Hillary should win the flag will come down. I will no longer give fair warning as to where I do or do not stand.

The CLINTONS are going DOWN, DOWN, DOWN . . . . .
I CAN SMELL the DESPERATION. Hillary’s comment, “Why aren’t
I way ahead?” is a clue.

Don’t watch. We made them and we can take them down too. Without “my pillow” how do they survive?

They might not enjoy the outcome of that atmosphere.
WE might follow suit.

Clayton’s mouth got him in more trouble than his tax returns. He would still have been much better than Ann Richards. Ann’s mentality was about the same as Sheila Jackson Lee’s, yet another than we aren’t too proud of here in Texas. LOL, we are equal opportunity employers here, we give the seriously retarded the same political opportunities as everyone else...Or so it seems...

This is the era of unbridled lawlessness.

For DEMOCRATS. Republicans are expected to know every letter of the law, including nuances and subtleties that haven't even yet been litigated.

Let’s see the Clintons’ returns predating the years they were running for office. Oh, wait they were always running, weren’t they?

In all this they’re SPECULATING that he did not pay income tax for the next 18 years. Is there any concrete proof?

I think you can carry a certain amount until it runs out. At least that’s how my dad was advised by his tax consultant and how I’ve been doing them for my mother since my dad passed. Turbo tax puts the loss in for me.
