Did the Obama IRS leak these documents too?
The corrupt Clinton supporting New York Times released an article today on Donald Trump’s taxes. The article reads:
The New York Times obtained three pages of Mr. Trump’s 1995 tax returns, for filings in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, marking the first time any of his actual tax returns have been publicly revealed. They showed more than $900 million in losses that could have allowed him to avoid paying any federal income taxes for up to 18 years.
This is just another illegal act by the Clintons and Clinton cronies.
First of all, if the tax returns provided to the NYT were legit, it would be illegal for someone other than Mr. Trump or his designates to provide to anyone his tax returns or those of his companies without his permission.
Whoever provided these documents to the NYT may have committed a crime unless Mr. Trump gave them the authority to release his returns.
For the NYT to publish this information is also unethical if not criminal.
The NYT reported this past week that they support Hillary for President. For the NYT to report Trump’s tax information without his consent, is both unethical and most likely criminal.
This is not the first time that Democrats have accused Republicans of not paying their fair share in taxes. In the 1930’s, FDR started a campaign against prominent Republicans like du Pont, Merrill, Lynch, Westinghouse and others. FDR of course was a hypocrite who incurred the same tax loopholes in his returns that he accused others of incurring.
US Tax Law permits taxpayers to avoid taxes within the parameters of the law. If it is true that Mr. Trump offset future profits with past tax loss carryforwards, he is smart in doing so and well within the parameters of the law.
Mr. Trump has every right to claim tax loss liabilities, if legit and is smart to do so.
He would be a fool if he did not claim these liabilities. And Donald Trump is no fool.
Ultimately it is simply incredible for Liberal Democrats and their phony cronies to compare the alleged legal act of Mr. Trump in “legally” not paying taxes on profits due to past tax loss carry forwards and yet commit a crime by reporting on Trump’s taxes without his consent and then give the Clintons a pass on their criminal activities surrounding Whitewater, Travelgate, Filegate, Impeachment, Disbarment, Benghazi, the Clinton Foundation and Hillary’s illegal server and email activities, etc.
—-The author of this post has a CPA and attends Board and Audit Committee meetings for profit and non-profit entities in the US, Bermuda, Australia, Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, Singapore and the UK. Tax loss carryforwards have been discussed at some of these meetings and they are common legal tax offsets.

I have the same cary over. The VERY EXACT same. It can be carried over for about 20 years. It is spread out over that long-a per cent of the loss each year that is.
Or, there's another possibility: Trump sent them anonymously himself, after a NY Times executive editor said he would risk jail to publish them.

Short version: Trump's former accountant would not have authenticated the documents without permission.
Clayton Williams, who lost the 1990 TX gubernatorial race to liberal Ann W. Richards, was hurt when it was found that he paid no taxes one year because of losses. Texans expect people to pay even when they have losses, I presume?

I have always thought this. Why release the records? Number 1- they are personal and 2- He knew the Dems already had them. Harry Reid proved that by spouting against Mitt Romney. Now Trump can go on offense instead of cowering. I hope he does. As for 1995 records, the Clintons have probably possessed these records since then to use at a prime moment. Go Trump!

When Trump becomes president he will have the legal authority to arrest and execute the people involved.
He will be able to do it covertly (under the guise of national security), using the CIA as an instrument to carry out his order the same way that Obama does now.

She will immediately prosecute anyone for criticizing the NYT, claiming they violated the Interference With Government Propery act.

Somebodys is gonna die. This is backfiring big time and the people responsible for this are going to take a dirt nap provided by the Clinton Crime Inc. They do not want anyone to testify on this.
I believe that these are “personal” income taxes.
That said, Mr. Trump is, himself (personally), a “corporation” due to his many investments in his corporate interests. So it is difficult to separate one from the other.
As an example, I had investments in Enron Corporation, all of which I lost. When I filled out the IRS Form D, I was only allowed to report a loss of $3,000 for that year, however, I was able to report a “Carry over loss” on the next year’s and subsequent years’ taxes until I showed a profit in my investing. I believe Mr. Trump did a similar action, but, his taxes are a bit more complicated than mine.

I am quite sure that his “carry over losses” are quite a bit more complicated also.
An aside, seems that the New York Times has gone through some 0% tax rate years (as has GE, etc.).
The real question that arises from this thread is - Did the NY Times (and Mr. Trump’s former accountant who released his 1995 tax return without Mr. Trump’s permission) break privacy laws.

Since "no standing" is always an excuse for judges throwing law suits out, it seems to me that ANY U.S. citizen HAS STANDING because if the Slimes and the corrupt IRS can surreptiously release and/or publish Mr. Trump's private tax returns and get away with it, then they can do it to every American living on Main Street, USA.
The control of the IRS and the media is ALL the fascist/marxist Hillary needs if she's elected president. It is beyond horrifying to even think about it.
