Does the plan includes sucking billions of dollars from the gubmint? That is what Musk really does best.

"A rare combination of a dreamer and a doer." A rare combination of a shyster and dreamer who capitalizes on using taxpayer money for his his own enrichment.

If Musk were proposing mining asteroids, I’d be all for it. Going to Mars? Why?

A rare combination of a dreamer and a doer.

He's a doer on earth, a dreamer on Mars. I think it's a concession even to call this a dream. I think it's cynical hype.

Maybe we get lucky and Elon Musk will be on the first flight. Just a thought...

Step 1) Give heavily to Democrat causes and politicians. Simply because they are the best at managing the country, Wink Wink.

Step 2) Receive multi billion dollar grants and tax structured benefits, including tax credits, IE Welfare, geared at new exciting enterprise.

Step 3) Sell idea and government backing to millions of investors and begin development while skimming 20% off the top.

Step 4) Become even more fabulously wealthy without ever having a profitable business.

Talk of colonizing Mars is premature.

We need to go back to our own moon and work out all the kinks of developing human settlements on another world, before attempting something as grandiose as what Musk and Robert Zubrin advocate.

With new legalization of drugs coming soon, Americans should be smoking just enough dope to make these dreams come true.

He has to keep coming up with new ways to keep the money rolling in.

They're going to have to change the definition of a pyramid scheme scam from "a Ponzi scheme" to "a Musk job" when he runs out of ideas for fleecing the public.

Musk isn’t a dreamer or a doer he is a professional leach. Getting billions of tax dollars to play out his fantasies! How about having him start paying this money back! Give the working class a 4 billion dollar gift so we can play around in the fake world of liberalism!
