Hillary's attack on taxes.
Judge Learned Hand | 09/30/16 | jayar36

Posted on 09/30/2016 8:45:43 AM PDT by JayAr36

"Anyone may arrange his affairs so that his taxes shall be as low as possible; he is not bound to choose that pattern which best pays the treasury. There is not even a patriotic duty to increase one's taxes. Over and over again the Courts have said that there is nothing sinister in so arranging affairs as to keep taxes as low as possible. Everyone does it, rich and poor alike and all do right, for nobody owes any public duty to pay more than the law demands."

TOPICS: Politics/Elections
KEYWORDS: hillary; taxes; trump
This is what the judge had to say about taxes.

God only required 10%. These devils of the nanny state get rich off US. I despise the pure covetous nature of the progressive minded. Consider just how much the government parasites rake in under the Trump business. Free people are not owned by the gods of the state.

Trump pays millions in fees, taxes, and permits for his business. This on one hell of a stupid remark to say he does not pay taxes. What he does is use current tax law to reduce his personal tax as much as anyone. That is smart. If these ars holes don't like it then change he laws on taxes like Trump will do when he becomes President.

Trump for President.

"Free people are not owned by the gods of the state."

I think you have hit at the heart of of where the Left and an ever more ravenous and controlling government is taking the country. Their ultimate goal is total control and ownership of the people. A citizen would be the property of the state and would live and die at the sufferance of the State.

Trump’s response to Hillary’s conjecture that he was withholding his taxes because he didn’t want it known that he didn’t pay any taxes should have been,

“How do you know? Is the IRS still leaking privagte information, as it did in Lois Lerner’s department? And, by the way, I’ll release my returns if you’ll publish a full third-party audit of the Clinton Foundation.”

indeed - Hillary’s debate performance was terrifying. She indicated no understanding of how wealth is created. Her only position appreared to be that the parasitic class deserves more extractions from the productive class.

In 1912, all levels of Gov’t in US extracted 7% of GDP. Americans had public schools, police, health care, military, etc etc and a skyrocketing standard of living.

Today gov’t extracts 42% of GDP and living standards are declining.

Hillary wants that 42% to increase to 50%
Trump wants that 42% to decrease to 38%

I don’t give a RAT’s rear about either of their tax returns. As Trump said, it doesn’t reflect the real thing.

Trump is using tax incentives developed in the tax code to encourage the purchase of equipment and capital producing property. When he does this, he is doing exactly what the government wants us to do. And it grows the economy far more than the tax that is avoided by this maneuver.

It is in the tax code because it is better than paying taxes. Hillary’s side used these incentives too. It is all good.

Now, can we go on to how Trump will lower taxes on everyone and cut business killing regulations?

Private Property Rights – A basic Premise Of America’s Constitution

Tired of having the fruits of their labors confiscated by an overpowering British government, America’s Founders declared themselves free and independent.

Most American schoolchildren can recite their claim that “. all men are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights … to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.” Less familiar, however, are these lines from their Declaration of Independence:

“He ( King George III ) has erected a multitude of new offices, and sent hither swarms of officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance …. He has combined with others to subject us, … imposing taxes on us without our consent.”

What, then, did the Founders consider to be the real cornerstone of man’s liberty and happiness? On what basic premise did they devise their Constitution? Let them speak for themselves:

“The moment the idea is admitted into society that property is not as sacred as the laws of God … anarchy and tyranny commence. PROPERTY MUST BE SECURED OR LIBERTY CANNOT EXIST”-John Adams

“Government is instituted to protect property of every sort …. This being the end of government, that is NOT a just government,… nor is property secure under it, where the property which a man has … is violated by arbitrary seizures of one class of citizens for the service of the rest.”-James Madison

Their guiding principle was that people come together to form governments in order to SECURE their rights to property – not to create an entity which will, itself, “take from the mouths of labor the bread it has earned.” What was wrong for individual citizens to do to one another, they believed, was equally wrong for government to do to them.

The right to own property and to keep the rewards of individual labor opened the floodgates of progress for the benefit of the entire human race. Millions have fled other countries to participate in the Miracle of America.

Mix two parts class envy with the uneducated regarding property rights, a splash of Marxist agitprop and serve with Saul Alinskey

In a Marxist society such as the one hillary envisions, EVERYTHING is the property of The State - they allow you to keep a little of what you earn solely at their discretion.
