The mistreatment of Ammon Bundy in prison was brought to light in court filings by his lawyers this week.

While there was testimony going on yesterday in the trial as the defense presented its case, lawyers for Ammon Bundy filed a motion seeking a halt to the trial.

They cited the rulings by the "Queen Judge" Anna Brown undermining their ability to defend Ammon Bundy, plus issues related to his imprisonment.

One of Ammon Bundy's attorneys says he has been denied writing instruments, the ability to meet with his defense lawyers and meals during the trial.

Earlier this year in Nevada, where Ammon Bundy faces charges related to the Bundy Ranch standoff, he was chained to a bench in a jail for 24 hours and denied food.

At the trial yesterday, Rev. Franklin Graham testified about his role in mediating with the last four protestors at the refuge.

Defendant Jeff Banta took the stand in his own defense later on, talking about his desire to see Rev. Graham as a mediator.

Banta also explained why he came to Oregon in the first place, so he could help the imprisoned Hammonds. He also explained that he stayed on to the end so that LaVoy Finicum would not have 'died in vain'.

Banta also spoke about two "white bearded men" who showed up at the protest and talked about blowing up a dam. He thought they were "FBI plants".

Once he gets to prison where he will be out of the public eye, the Feds are going to kill him. When and what method they will use remains unknown at this time. They will probably use the same method on him as they used on Jim McDougal.

Bundy should not be forced to submit to the judgement of the illegitimate authorities who seek to make an example of him. He should simply refuse to participate in any more of this nonsense. The militias should do whatever is necessary to free him and see to it that he remains free. There have to be a few Oath Keepers in law enforcement there. They need to act.
