I watched the youtube video at 720p and was immediately struck by the exceedingly smooth appearance of Hillary's skin. So I recorded it. Aside from the from the smoothness, there is the blurred zone between skin and her hair, in marked contrast to the very sharp black and white herring bone jacket and the crisp delineation of a reporter's wedding band to the left.
I was flummoxed, how could they do this in real time. A quick search and yes, real time video editing is possible and it is here, actually since 2014.

Haven't yet compared a recentvstill photovto her current video image but the differences of the Sept 11 Memorial Service stills is huge compared to the video. Will try to post screen cap as soon as I can.

My theory is that she was denying that she has color-triggered seizures. But it was very slick - she wore the red so we saw it, but everything else in that studio was blue, including Trump's tie. So WE were looking at her red outfit and supposed to believe she had no problem with red, while SHE was looking at blue everywhere else to keep from having a seizure.

The video was manipulated, virtual air brushed blended in real time just as the music video in the Dailymail article was back in 2014.
We are seeing daily manipulation of real time events by the media to bolster Hillary in every way possible.
