Florida Absentee Ballot update and great news for Hillsborough County

Here is the latest on Florida Absentee Ballot requests (REPs lead in this category by 79,000 in 2012)

09/29/16: REPs - 997k, DEMs - 857k, lead of 140,000 for REPs

09/28/16: REPs - 978k, DEMs - 838k, lead of 140,000 for REPs

09/27/16: REPs - 933k, DEMs - 801k, lead of 132,000 for REPs

Finally tracked down some Early Vote numbers for Hillsborough (battleground/swing county) for 2012. According to this Tampa Bay article (www.tampabay.com/news/politics/local/hillsborough-county-floridas-true-presidential-bellwether/1259455): "As of Thursday [November 1, 2012 shortly before the election], Hillsborough Democrats had cast nearly 20,000 more early and absentee ballots than Republicans."

As of today, here are the Hillsborough county Absentee Ballot requests: REPs - 70,437, DEMs - 72,450, IND - 29,574.

DEMs had a lead of 20,000 in 2012 early voting (that's absentee ballots and in person early voting). That margin is down to 2000 today. Still need to see in person early voting stats which starts, I think, on Oct 24th.

Assuming Trump wins Independents by 10%, he would win Hillsborough by a small amount. Still predicting a very close election, with Florida definitely winnable by Trump.

You assume every Democrat will vote for Hillary.

At least 10% or more will cross party lines and vote for Trump.

I have a feeling it won’t be close.

Hillsborough went Dem in 2012 with 52.7% (286,467) to Romney 46.0% (250,186).

These figures are good news for Trump.

I wonder what the Dems will pull to make sure most of these ballots are somehow disqualified or end up missing.

“Assuming Trump wins Independents by 10%, he would win Hillsborough by a small amount. Still predicting a very close election, with Florida definitely winnable by Trump.”

Obama carried the State of Fl by 75,000 votes in 2012.

Obama carried Hillsborough by 36,000 votes in 2012.

If Trump is even in Hillsborough, then that’s nearly half the margin Obama won Fl in 2012.

Some conservative precincts should resist reporting election results until liberal hell-holes do. It always seems to be the dem precincts wait and then pull votes out of their asses to make up the lead difference.

I wonder how Sun City Center will vote this year. In 2012, SSC (a city of retires in South Hillsborough) went for Romney 87% IIRC. SSC is where my grandparents lives.
