A top Cuban diplomat on Wednesday rejected Donald Trumps threat to undo detente with Cuba unless the single-party government meets the Republican presidential candidates demands.
Trump said in Miami this month that he would reverse President Barack Obamas executive orders loosening the U.S. trade embargo on the island unless Cuba meets demands including religious and political freedom for the Cuban people and the freeing of political prisoners.
Gustavo Machin, Cubas deputy director of U.S. affairs, said Cuba would never be pressured into making internal reforms, and he said whoever is the next U.S. president should respect Cubas right to self-determination.

The democrats are for human rights until they’re not. Same with woman’s rights, free speech, the environment, and standing up for the little guy.
Finally - some sense from the Cuban/American “thaw” in relations between the two nations.
Obama once again gave away the store in terms of giving up everything for the seeming wonderful improvement in relations at the cost to the Cuban people of their continued enslavement.
Free elections and probably other reforms should have a pre-condition of opening up to Cuba.
We don’t care what you think Cuba, we are putting America back together...why don’t you do the same to your country and stay out of ours!!!

It would appear the obama’s pals in Cuba are not at all interested in basic human rights.
Ever notice the only countries the “gays” are mad at are the ones where they have rights? Commie and moslem countries are beyond criticism, because to do so would make one a “redneck.”
OK - no more tourists, embargo back in force.
