Under the authority he has misused for the past 7 3/4 years that he hasn’t been stopped for.
Short answer - he hasn’t the authority to do so, he doesn’t care and will do what he wants.
Frank Gaffney was on Breitbart radio show this morning and he stressed that we need to call and tell our representatives “don’t give the Internet away”. Simple as that. Don’t give it away. He seemed concerned.
McConnel and Ryan will get right on that.......

He does not have the authority. But King Obama is a dictator and does what he wants. Congress will not stop him but I was surprised at the overturn of the Saudi lawsuit for Americans. Maybe Congress is waking up? Actually I think they are getting a little afraid of Trump making President. Trump will destroy these communist critters.

I just called Sen. Dean Hellers Reno office and the clerk who answered the phone didn’t know anything about it. The clerks in Las Vegas and DC have heard about it but have no idea what the Senators position on the matter is. So, I feel I am correct in presuming that there hasn’t been much discussion in his office on the subject.
Can we really believe that folks like John McPain and Dirty Harry Reid WANT to hear what we have to say..?? NOT..!

Just read today where Heller voted to keep the Internet! I can’t believe my three phone calls stirred him up that much. 77 Senators voted to give it away.

I have wondered what this really means will happen. I’m not talking about the fear mongers who make so much on the net questionable but what this really means to us.
I suspect that we will have some sort of Internet when everything levels out. How else is Amazon and Google going to keep track of all of us.
