As others mentioned, the FBI has lost what little credibility it had left.
If we are to read between the lines, like they did in getting Russian out of foreign, then the above line means OBAMA, HILLARY, and the top staff of the DNC.
But they had to have an 'entry point'. For instance, a cellphone that had access to special government access only accounts, but had no password on it, and the cellphone mysteriously got 'lost'.
SO..... How much did the Russians have to donate to the CLINTON FOUNDATION to get access to the cellphones of... “a small number of Democratic Party figures, possibly including elected officials” ??
Obama leaves office when his term is over regardless of whether there is an election. No election defaults the office of president to the Speaker of the House.
The Executive Branch has no role or power over 50 state elections or over any part of the Electoral College or Congress’ role in presidential election/selection.
There will be no military coup any time soon either.

We just bought some on Sunday. The little Cub Scout across the street was selling door-to-door (with his mother). SO CUTE, and he gave his whole speech and described all of the products.... we should have enough to get us through to November.
Maybe we can put these Russian hackers in charge of finding terrorists. They seem much more competent than the FBI or NSA.
