Of course all communications from that office are considered classified, The prosecution of clinton for the manifold email crime cannot go forward without drawing in current potus and that is why no indictment.
There are lots of other opportunities in the clinton legal target rich environment so there is a good chance her aspirations will be foiled regardless.
