I checked the official ISIS on-line Jihadi registry and this guy’s name is not on the list, which is updated four times a day and cross-referenced with the Al-Queda registry in Kabul.
Therefore he was clearly just a mentally ill kid upset by his employment situation.
He might have been upset by Donald Trump’s rhetoric, but not in an Islamic terrorist sort of way.
From what I have seen, he is a mental case who had a hard time getting laid.
Frustrated young men without good moral foundations are apt to go off.

It’s the Muslim mindset that is the problem. Especially the hatred of women and the inability to control oneself in the face of setbacks in life, relationships, etc.
You see a clear pattern with that with these lunatics. They can’t adapt to our way of life and end up lashing out violently in one form or another whether they “radicalize” or not.
That seems to be a big common denominator that is often overlooked IMHO.
Its muslim frustration that America isn’t being fundamentally transformed fast enough for them, or that in the near future they will have to go underground to hide from the natives hell bent on kicking them out of THEIR country.
I see more taking their frustrations on the Muslims down the road.
excellent point - even if an immigrant from a muslim-dominated country doesn’t aspire to be a terrorist, he still brings with him ugly, anti-western values - we just don’t need that.

Yes, correct. We are seeing it in Europe as we speak now on a regular basis. Rapes, harassment, sharia police, etc.
They will not westernize and instead fight it all the way to self-marginalization. Then the violent lashing out begins. Carried to an extreme extent we see jihadism but it doesn’t have to go that far for innocents to be killed and maimed.
They are a powder keg waiting for a fuse to be lit. The young Muslim male is the classic time bomb no matter how educated they are. Their customs dictate it.
