Trump came out shining at every moment of that interview. Even if Holt dialed up the venom by a factor of ten, I can’t imagine it being a problem for Trump.

I can't imagine any interviewer being able to do anything but make Trump look better.
Holt can be as nasty as he can and still lose his job when Trump is seen by the viewers as the winner. Of course, the MSM will report that Mrs Bill is the winner because she knows more policy details or something. MSM, as is becoming more and more the case, will be talking into a can under a tarp.
