I just called the store. The manager said they corrected the problem and that the customer is was satisfied. The manager was very nice about it.

Called them. Got transferred to an Asst. Manager who was gracious in accepting my comment that the employee should be fired. I was not rude, just stated the fact of how I feel. She thanked me kindly, and we said goodbye.
