A blue-ribbon commission had just excoriated Goldman Sachs and other Wall Street banks for fueling the financial crisis. Prosecutors were investigating whether Goldman had misled investors. The company was a whipping boy for politicians looking to lay blame for the crash.

It’s nice that Ted Cruz has an inside angle through his wife.

Surely, she will undo all of the crud mentioned in this article.

Interesting that this is printed JUST AFTER Cruz endorsed trump.

Of course, it was the Clintons making money from their 20 minute, $200,000.oo dollar closed door “speeches” to Goldman-Sex, but .. who cares about that? The story only has link Cruz’s wife and Goldman-Sex together.

Without reading the article I expect that it fails to mention the abomination that is the community reinvestment act (not sure of precise title) and how Barney Frank and Bill Clinton used it to beat the lending institutions into accepting bad credit. Then, of course, the NYT can get all booey-hooey and blame everybody but their own precious darlin’s.
