That’s pretty ugly, but I think the Hoover Building and a lot of others built in DC about the same time (the Brutalist style, I think it’s called) are worse - they’re truly depressing!

Really inspiring architecture. Ranks right up there with the Chinese King monument.
It must be a new design, Governmental ugly...any windows in that thing?
Maybe once a year they'll throw young Republican virgins off the roof into the fountain pool below.
