Right. The problem is that China is teaming up with ICANN to take control of OUR internet.

ICANN is supposed to remain in the US and under US jurisdiction. By relocating to China [their secret plans have been uncovered back in March] they are attempting to legitimize a takeover.

ICANN also shared its expertise with China to censor speech there. That is in violation of the nonprofit’s mission. They have devolved into a corrupt organization.

The Progressive leaders are real meddlesome when it comes to regulating business and things that give individuals economic freedom-because they don't want people to have that kind of power. But they generally leave the self-indulgent things alone, because that's what their supporters like- things like sex, drugs, music, etc.

If those things get restricted on the Internet, there will be a massive revolt. I'm not sure of they care all that much about free speech, though.
