Do you believe he abused his child? I can’t stand this about divorce. A man is charged with child abuse and he is guilty until proven innocent. It’s not fair and women use it all the time.
Could be a way to get around a pre-nup.

I don’t keep up with Hollyweird drama, but I do recall seeing an article in passing, that he uses pot in front of the kids. She’s calling that, abuse. I didn’t read the article so I might be off the wall with the very light scan that I gave it as I was looking for something else.
It’s always a disappointment to see married couples, and even moreso, couples with children, end up divorcing rather than being able to work through the issues.
when there is a divorce going on anything is possible when child abuse is claimed. anything from mom finding out that dad is abusing the kids to mom being so mad that she feels she can use a false claim to hurt her spouse... always look at the claim of abuse with jaded eyes and let the courts figure it out.
I very seriously doubt it. It's a typically disgusting divorce lawyer tactic. It's almost impossible to prove a negative.
