Blacks obeying their masters and eagerly staying on the Democrat Plantation used to be guaranteed.

Good point, and how many votes is she losing with this strategy? I would think a sizable number of minority voters are not buying the meme that the police are the enemy. But then again Hillary has never lived anywhere near a community that has to deal with these miscreants every day.
