It is real. I noticed it on her first statements to the media on her new plane a while back.

Yeah, I really don't see it. There are other things that indicate she's in poor health, but I believe people are reaching a bit on this one.

My first viewing I was not sure, but it's clear as day now.

Pay particular attention to her left eye when she looks right. The eye over-reaches, rotating far more than her right eye.
