Obama started the birther narrative. His agents claimed, in print, that he was born in Kenya. The he didn't release a 'birth certificate' for nearly five years. Clinton's surrogates raised the issue during the 2008 campaign.

Recall too the speech that Michelle gave when she spoke about obama's poor mother... heavily pregnant, travelling to Kenya to be with her husband where she gave birth to her child.

I saw the Mooch say to an audience that Barack was coming home to Kenya....and that his mother was VERY PREGNANT and VERY UNMARRIED.
