Charge him with treason. He’s a US citizen, giving aid and comfort to the enemy. If he’s convicted, stand him up against a wall and let him face a firing squad. Then confiscate all of his assets, whatever they may be and use them to pay some of his costs.
They'll be sitting down together, drinking beers, and discussing future employment opportunities.
strip his citizenship and throw his butt in Quantanamo for life or just hang him.
