This article is so disturbing. There are two parts to this. First, addressing this article. Second, we have to address the number of times the Washington Post has referred to Trump as Hitler. They are going after Don Jr. now too.

I am a Jew — a New York Writer Liberal Jew, the scariest Jew of all — and from a very young age, I was taught about an unimaginable horror called the Holocaust and about an evil man named Adolf Hitler.

The Jew part doesn't scare me at all. The only thing scary is "New York Writer Liberal."

Hitler was a psychopath. Trump is just a con man.

Even if that were true, how in the world would that make Trump worse? There is a huge difference in a psychopath who murdered and tortured millions and a con man.

Hitler had some opinions, he had some plans. They were monstrous and evil, and reason enough for even an avowed atheist to consider the existence of Satan. But I don’t recall Hitler flip-flopping. I don’t see him saying one morning, “I’m going to invade Poland,” and then “softening” his stance that afternoon after meeting with Sean Hannity. He didn’t decide to kill the Jews, then change his mind when his new campaign manager arrived. “I said the kill the Jew — singular, one Jew, not all the Jews. Just the bad ones.” Hitler was a megalomaniacal psychopath who should burn in Hell for eternity… who actually believed in something.

He's an atheist. So he's not even a practicing Jew.

This man, who was raised in synagogue and sat next to a man who survived the Holocaust, says Hitler was a "megalomaniacal psychopath", but gosh darn it, at least he had "opinions" and "plans". This is better than Trump who has changed his mind on issues - although I think he has been consistent on issues like lowering taxes, removing regulations, expanding American energy, building the wall, trade, America first foreign policy, repealing Obamacare, school choice, and appointing conservative SCOTUS judges. Irrelevant, though, that Trump has changed his mind on things after time and discussion. Hitler was at least not a flip flopper - he was consistent.

To make a buck, to get out of hock, to get some fame, to get his own TV network — the ignominious ends always justify the ignoble means. Even his run for president is a con, a way to gain even more power than this millionaire’s son was already born with. It certainly isn’t to implement any deeply felt ideas. It can’t be. He hasn’t got any. It’s all about the con.

First of all, Trump already had bucks. Trump already had fame. Trump spent over 60 million of his own money to run for President. If there is any candidate running for the sheer power, it is Hillary Clinton. She stuck with Bill and enabled his bimbo chasing, working her way from governor's wife, to First Lady, to Senator, to a failed run, to Secretary of State, and now she is aiming for the Presidency again. That has always been her ultimate goal. She wants the power. As stated above, Trump does have consistent positions on issues.

And give the man credit, by the way — he’s good at it. He is, as he says, the best. The white nationalists are eating it up,

Trump has disavowed them, but continue on. The Communists have endorsed Hillary by the way with no disavowal.

Am I praising Hitler? No. I’m saying that if you absolutely had to find just one thing to say about Hitler that was positive — if you could somehow siphon out all the festering, maggot-infested sewage that filled his soul to reveal one razor-thin sliver to point to in his favor — you could possibly say, well, at least he believed what he said.

WOW! (He says you can't say that about Trump.)

Is Trump a megalomaniacal demagogue? Yes. Is he a sociopath? Undoubtedly. Is he dangerous? Maybe.

Wait a minute. Am I reading the same article? He just said that Trump isn't a psychopath but a con man paragraphs earlier. Now he's sociopath which is essentially the same thing. He also said Hitler was megalomaniacal while referring to Trump as a con man, but not he has applied that word to Trump too.

The comparison that matters is not, “Is Donald Trump like Hitler?” but, “Are we like Hitler’s willing executioners?”

This is from the same people that bristle when abortion is compared to the Holocaust because there are legitimately over 50 million dead unborn children. However, this guy makes a Holocaust style comparison with Donald Trump and liberals praise it. Shameful.

Will we look the other way, say we didn’t know, stand silently by while millions of our neighbors are rounded up, while women who get abortions are “punished,” while immigrants are given “ideology tests” and our leader heaps praise on oppressive tyrants?

~Millions of your neighbors rounded up? I would assume he is referring to people who are here ILLEGALLY. Also, based on Trump's speech it doesn't sound like there is going to be a big round up of illegal immigrants right away (if ever). It sounds like the focus will be on securing the borders and rounding up criminals. How many illegal immigrants do you think are neighbors to this guy anyway? I mean, really. If he's like a lot of liberal elitists, he lives in a nice neighborhood or nice part of town where there are no illegal immigrants next door.

~Trump is NOT going to punish women who get abortions. Useless argument.

~Trump wants to check immigrants to ensure that they are immigrants who love and want to assimilate into this country, not people who want to do it harm. Hitler!

~Here we go with the old Washington Post Trump and tyrants spiel again to end this. I have done extensive posts addressing these issues if anyone is interested:

The Washington Post is so far in the tank for Hillary that I'm not sure they would find the surface if they had to get oxygen. One of their tactics, besides churning out generalized anti-Trump pieces on a daily basis, is to try to scare people into not voting for Trump by comparing him to Hitler and assorted dictators. This is is irresponsible, wrong, and an insult to those who suffered under Hitler and the millions who lost their lives. This is not the first time the liberals have compared GOP candidates to Hitler. They did it with George Bush. The leftists would have big anti-war parades with signs comparing George Bush to Hitler. They did it with McCain and Romney. Here's Romney:

The next Republican in the next election will undoubtedly be referred to as Hitler, and they'll mean it that time!

THE TIMES THE WASHINGTON POST HAS PRINTED ARTICLES COMPARING TRUMP TO HITLER

The moment of truth: We must stop Trump

Like any number of us raised in the late 20th century, I have spent my life perplexed about exactly how Hitler could have come to power in Germany. Watching Donald Trump’s rise, I now understand. Leave aside whether a direct comparison of Trump to Hitler is accurate. That is not my point. My point rather is about how a demagogic opportunist can exploit a divided country.

Donald Trump’s new favorite slogan was invented for Nazi sympathizers

The Left is trying to blame Turmp for everything they know Hillary to be. It’s their ultimate ‘weapon,” to get there first, so that like children they can repy with, “you’re copying me.”

The Left is the horrible combination of the blackest evil with infantile stupidity.

To gaze at it too long is stupifying, you can feel your brains drip out your ears.

Don`t complain about Hitler if you`re going to diminish his evil by comparing it to any person whose politics you just happen to disagree with. You, as a Jew, should be ashamed at the way you trivialize Hitler`s atrocities.

Has anyone here listened to the network news lately? Nothing but all bashing of Trump, all the time.

Now the latest is “Did he pay for something or another out of his charity?” and “Is he in trouble with the IRS for it?”

NOT “We have FOUND something” but “we are speculating about imaginary stuff”

absolute pieces of crud

If Trump wants to listen to some Jewish person’s thoughts, I suggest some Israeli platoon commander serving on the front line of the war civilization vs. 7th century barbarism rather than some New York writer whose greatest worries are about which Republican is most like Hitler this week and which bagel shop has the best schmere.

He is not saying Trump is worse than Hitler. He is saying that comparing people to Hitler makes light of what Hitler did. But the title is salacious and misleading. Probably the editor’s idea.

How old was Hitler when he started his political career? About thirty. He was born in 1889, and died in 1945 - age 56.

How old was Trump when he threw his hat into the ring for the first time? About 69. If Trump was determined to abuse power, he sure took his time trying to obtain it.

Hillary doesn’t compare well on that count, for sure. Checks and balances? The biggest check any politician faces is universally hostile press coverage. I’m not worried about tyranny coming from Trump.
