Somehow I believe this is another exercise of burning jet fuel and moving bombs from their storage to a bomber and bring it back to the storage. While SK’s ratcheted up rhetoric is something new, another American military exercise does not have any real impact IMHO. They should do something more threatening to get Kim Jong-un’s attention. Unless Obama is so convinced of Hildebeast’s defeat and pulls October Surprise.
