The Obama administration’s State Department expressed confusion and concern about Freedom of Information Act requests involving Hillary Clinton’s missing emails from her tenure as Secretary of State. Newly obtained emails provided to Breitbart News by Judicial Watch show administration officials discussing the email problem and the Clinton Foundation as early as 2013, more than a year before the State Department sought to obtain Clinton’s emails.
On August 7, 2013, State Department official Margaret Grafeld wrote to Department officials Sheryl Walter and John Hackett with the subject line “Fw: IPS significant FOIA Report.”

The crazy thing is that it was no secret that Hillary and some of her staffers were using that clintonemail.com address since 2009. It was obvious to all of them, and anyone in any email chain, that this was not going to State Dept email servers.
Another thing about this that I have never seen mentioned is how Hillary’s scheme was also part of a power play against Obama. With the emails being held privately, the President - the Secretary of State’s boss - had no access to the records not even a backchannel. He was totally dependent on whatever Hillary chose to share. She could manipulate the agenda in so many ways. It’s totally unforgivable.

Yes, that is exactly how criminal conspirators operate. And breaking the code of silence is asking for the death sentence. Same modus operandi employed by criminal organizations throughout history.
Oh I’m aware of the violations of regulations. I was just inquiring as to which instructions from Obama she violated/ignored here. I know of the Blumenthal ban.
