PA is not worth it. The only way a GOP candidate wins is if the vote outside Allegheny and Philadelphia Counties is too big a gap to close with fraud.
Ohio is a better use of resources, because if PA goes then its already a landslide.
We were told in 2004 that the effort we made to make Pennsylvania competitive forced John Kerry to deploy enough additional resources here to ensure the loss of Ohio.
