Which Republicans Oppose Donald Trump? A Cheat Sheet
The Atlantic ^ | David A. Graham

Mark Levin didn’t leave any room for confusion. “I am not voting for Donald Trump. Period,” he said. “Count me as Never Trump.”

It turns out there’s a reason they say you should never say never.

“I’m gonna vote for Donald Trump. I’m gonna wind up voting for Donald Trump on Election Day,” the conservative pundit said on his radio show Tuesday.

As the presidential election nears, most conservatives and Republicans have made their views known on the GOP nominee. With a few notable exceptions—like Senator Jeff Flake, who continues to bluntly criticize Trump—officeholders have lined up behind Trump, either gladly or through tightly gritted teeth. There’s a logic to that: Political parties may carry a banner for an ideology, but they are above all built to win elections, and the Republican Party has nominated Donald Trump for president. Therefore, Republican leaders tend to back Trump. Conservative pundits and intellectuals, however, have led the resistance to Trump. More tied to conservative ideology, unlike Trump, and less tied to the GOP and its voters, they have been willing to write the nominee off.

I don’t need names.

On the other hand, over 80 patriotic generals support Trump, to “make America great again.”

Cheap Labor Express Republicans

Nothing is more important to them than protecting 30 years of bipartisan policy of non-enforcement of immigration laws.
The reason we have 30 million illegal aliens is that both parties wanted them here and have prevented the citizens from stopping them.

Not that many naysayers, actually.

We’ve never had much in common with the likes of Susan Collins or Linda Graham anyway.

So Romney, whom many Conservatives voted for last time around - many holding their nose to do so, won’t hold his nose to vote for Trump.

Isn’t it interesting the strong emotions evoked by Trump? We have the Republicans who appear to absolutely despise Trump with every cell of their being because he is not “conservative” enough. Then we have the other side: The Republicans who absolutely despise Trump because he is, practically speaking, too “conservative”.

It's now over 160 Generals and Admirals supporting Trump. You really have to wonder about Cruz, Kasich, Graham and the rest who swore an oath and have subsequently refused to honor their sworn commitment.

How can anyone ever vote for these unethical lying bastards ever again?

It stinks but we must purge America of its domestic enemies of both parties with extreme prejudice. Articles like this have only strengthened my resolve to push these people out of influence and destroy their political careers once and for all.

A Conservative lives by his word. Thus, the likes of Cruz, Kasich, and Graham are not Conservative.

Cruz only enjoys talking about ideals. He rarely votes for them, though.

Actually, the opposite is true: while folks were arguing that we must defeat Obama regardless of the cost, now I am seeing folks who couldn’t pull the lever for Romney (or McCain) arguing that we must defeat Clinton at all cost, regardless of Trump’s credentials.
