Wow! 4M democrats. That’s a lot of dead people. And they will ALL show up at the polls.
The City of Philadelphia itself accounts for around 1/4 of those Democrats.
A lot of people here in Western PA are registered Democrat because often the only choice you get in local elections is in the Democrat Primary. But often times they vote more conservatively in national elections.
