D.C. moving South is Northern Virginia which counter-balances the strong Trump support in almost every other part of the state. If No. Va. follows the pattern of D.C., which it should, all of Virginia should fall to Trump.
Unless the D.C. numbers reflect relatively strong support for Trump among the African-American community.
