Every generation needs Christ. Neither the moralism of the Pharisees or the libertine lifestyle of the Romans will fulfill man’s longing for peace.

I am pleased to hear a generation is moving back toward a conservative point of view. They will be blasted with an education system that will attempt to change their hearts, minds and souls.

Kids are adept at reading through BS. They see the broken marriages of the parents, their lost careers, diminishing standards of living, and have watched as those who believed in the lies have died prematurely or have ruined their lives before they even graduated, so and are beginning to correctly judge every story coming out of MSM similarly to Soviet era Russians reading between the lines of Pravda.

Hopefully, having lost faith in our government and institutions, they can find another kind of faith - in God.

Oh BS! The so called silent Generation or the "Greatest generation" weren't conservative either. This is the generation that elected FDR, that supported his Nazi new deal, the generation that failed to pass on the lessons and morals they learned in the Great depression and the war and failed in raising the next generation, The baby boomers, a generation of beatniks, sex maniacs, godless, yippies and reds!

Who in turn gave us Generation X, who's accomplishments include being more sex and drug crazed and having on their business resumes, the ability to draw Aeon Flux and Germaine Endez naked in art class and win every SNES game. (BTW I actually got a resume from a GENXer who listed drawing nude cartoon characters as an accomplishment *FACE PALM!*) and later on gave us the next batch of excrement, the MILLENNIALS! AKA: The feel good do it, generation!

Okay, so many of the new generation want traditional marriage, no tranny bathroom privileges, no pot, no crack and no taxes. But they're materialistic, they have no moral foundations and supports!

Charlton Heston said the same thing about my generation (MILLENNIALS) God love him but he was damn wrong. I am willing to bet this next batch is gonna be far, far worse. I mean how many people did they poll? Where were they polled!?

I'm sorry but I have no hope for Gen Z outside of a holy ghost inspired revival taking place in the next two years.

Exactly. I mean at best they'll only be slightly to the right of Bernie Sanders. So what if they are against queer marriage and pot legislation? So were many liberals 30 years ago!

I doubt that they polled that many. Most of the polled probably live in middle America and the bible belt. If they continue to hold to their views, they'll have a long road to pave.

My kids are in this group and attend Montessori high school and primary before that...indoctrination started at age 4 or 5.

By 14 or 15, it is a great sign to have beaten off the liberal humanists.

As several of you have correctly pointed out, church attendance is cratering among people under 50. This is
indeed the nub of the problem.

What scares me is that churches may be willing to throw in the towel on their principles in an effort to recruit them back.

In the U.S. at least, these kids also had an early exposure to the Stalinist reality of the left in Michelle Obama’s universally detested school lunch menus. That early inoculation will likely bear incredible fruits as these kids grow to adulthood.

It’s a strange mix though. For example, one of my daughter’s best friends is practically a Communist. A BIG Bernie fan. Yet she is brutally anti-Hillary. Unlike women of the 90’s she actually seems to get the fact that Bill Clinton is a sex criminal, and that his wife not only enabled that, but engaged in a brutal oppression of his victims.

She is also vehemently anti-drugs. Her mom was an addict, and this girl was at one point raped by her mom’s heroin dealer. The mom later died of an overdose.
