I agree. Colin Kaepernick’s theatrics gave Trump a boost at a critical time.
If nothing else, the National Anthem is respect for the gift of freedom and liberty that we received, but do not necessarily deserve.
Nothing more.
It is not coercion, or waiving the right to dissent, it is simply a recognition of freedom.
