One could certainly think she has no policies because she never talks about them. All she does is attack her opponent, cough, and faint.
It’s a moot point if she does have policies. All she does is kvetch about Trump. The Donald is right yet again, and he’s continuing to live rent-free in HiLIARY’s drug-addled head.
One of her policy plans is to release all info on UFOs and space aliens. No joke.

They cover, for example, efforts to cure Alzheimer's disease and autism, a prescription for reining in Wall Street, a plan for tuition-free in-state college, and a menu of initiatives to combat climate change.
She even outlines an initiative to protect zoo animals in the event of a disaster.
So she is promising to be omnipotent and to micromanage things that either are not humanly possible (e.g. cure Alzheimer's) or are not federal responsibilities (e.g. "free" college). And because she has this laundry list of meaningless promises, she somehow has solid policy issues--while Trump has seven specific and doable policies that ARE within the purview of the federal government, but the AP dismisses them.
I actually have yet to see a real Hillary policy. She is not campaigning either on policies or on her record. (To be fair, no one would want to run on Hillary's record.)
