When chelsea bought the condo, a permit was issued for renovation on 08-13-2013. Work finished on 3-2-2015. Architectural and plumbing work was done. According to the permit, there was NO CHANGE OF USE. Which means, it was a clinic originally and after the renovations, it still remains a clinic. A private one now. There was also no change in occupancy, meaning Chelsea is still the occupant.
