If she hits the floor and cannot run, Obama will use it as a reason to cancel the elections and give the dims time to completely go through the process of picking another candidate. All the states will get to re-do the primaries, yada, yada, and Obammy stays in office further into next year. Maybe ALL of next year. Then, by some great miracle, Hillary comes back and demands that she be allowed to enter back as the candidate. So, then all the court battles will take a lot of time. So, finally, say in mid to late 2017 or 2018, the courts say they have to go through the primary thing all over again, and Hillary is included. Finally, by around 2018-19, Hillary finally wins the Dims again, thus we are ready for a vote between her and The Donald, IF he is still alive by that time. AND, in all this time, the Muslim Dictator from Indonesia will still be in the Mosque on Pennsylvania Avenue.

I don’t believe that Obama has any such power. In this day and age of executive lawbreaking- Who knows however...He has it if Congress does not act to stop it.
