I don’t think the “basket of deplorables” comment is forgotten by engaged voters. Her sudden pneumonia is a quick band-aid for non-engaged voters who don’t realize her long-term ills. While she “recovers” she gets some leeway but thereafter, when she again trips or collapses, it will be hard to explain away. Can she run out the clock? I seriously doubt it. She’s already been taking time off, hardly campaigning and even then to small groups. I don’t think they can pump her full of enough drugs to keep up with the campaign rigor. She’ll pull a Michael Jackson with the help of her doctors at the rate she’s going.

To expound on what you said .... early in the campaign, there were stories & rumors how she needed help getting to her vehicle after rallies - people had to hold her up on both sides, she fainted or was close to it, etc. Maybe it was in Klein’s book, but there was this story that doctors told Hilly she needed a medical team to travel with her (doctor, nurse, etc.) & that Bill didn’t want her to run because she was in danger of something bad happening, maybe dying. Then there are the emails from Huma about putting Hilly down for a nap, how confused she is, the computer searches for durable adult diapers, new drugs for Parkinsons .... the lack of public appearances, photos of her having problems with stairs, the coughing (4 minute spell the last time), the weird head jerking video(s), the crazy look at the convention - eyes bugged, mouth agape ... now this video where she is obviousl propped up on the bollard, being held upright, then dragged in a state of collapse to the vehicle.
This seemingly progressive issue she has (neurological - I’m guessing Parkinson’s ‘cause she’s got most of the symptoms) is starting to advance/snowball & I’m not so sure she’s going to make it to election day without at least another major episode leaking out. Rush said yesterday her campaign has to feel like they are rolling the dice every time she makes a public appearance.
Hilly is her own worst enemy with the lies upon lies, even when she doesn’t need to lie. This time, I think she’s going to lie herself into a coffin, trying to avoid the medical community other than her paid-off doc to hide her condition. Suspicions have been raised, the so-called “conspiracy theory” nuts have been proven correct again. This whole self-inflicted mess may finally take her down in a permanent way - Hilly taken down by Hilly - it couldn’t happen to someone more deserving.
