Hillary Clinton's national lead over Donald Trump continues to narrow. Clinton now leads Trump 48 percent to 44 percent, a decline of 2 points since last week, according to results from the latest NBC News|SurveyMonkey Weekly Election Tracking Poll.

As I recall, Trump is leading in most polls of Independents.

Doesn’t get much more UNscientific than SurveyMonkey. We used to use it at work to survey employees on how may people would show up and what they wanted for lunch during Lunch & Learn sessions. Don’t believe it.
Last night Bret Baier mentioned that Trump has about a 20 point lead among Independents. But it’s the media, so that may be BS too.
The gap between them has always been close — even in the doctored polls.
And Hillary has been dropping for weeks.
And Trump has been rising for weeks.
And yet — miraculously — the results are still “narrowing” with Hillary “still having a lead” of about the same amount that she has had for months.
Most peculiar.
I thought Trump had a 19 point lead with independents. These polls, they change faster than Hitlery’s lies.
NBC is desperately trying to keep the water from going over the dam, but shortly even they won’t be able to save Hillary from being overwhelmed at the polls.
Even the leftist shill Nate Silver’s website rates this poll as shit. Ignore it. The race is close and before Sunday, the poll consensus had Hildabeast up around 2 with Trump surging. Currently, my guess is we’re ahead and still surging. We’ll fully know the effects of the deplorable comment and her dieing on 911 by Friday. That’s when a slew of other (non-tracking) weekly polls should be released (Rasmussen, Reuters, etc). The tracking polls (la times, upi, etc) all have trump now with a 1-3 point lead. We should all engage as if we are the underdog and behind. Contribute and make sure to get everyone you know to those polls, particularly if you live in a battleground state.
Don’t trust anything connected to NBC. The President of NBC News is the brother of the Deputy National Security Advisor in the White House. They are in the tank for the Dems. and Hillary. If they ever show the race even, that means Hillary is in Deep Trouble.
I doubt public opinion is swinging so wildly so quickly. These conflicting polls do little other than convince me most are meaningless. They are obviously sensitive to many variable: samples size, demographics, methods, phrasing, etc. Not to mention the outright, blatant bias of the organizations that commission and/or conduct these polls and the results they desire to see.
I believe polling "results" or at least what is reported as results are really nothing more than carefully crafted messages with the intent of swaying voters. In short, the MSM is lying to further their agenda. Big surprise - not.
And the humor continues. With Hillary’s troubles NBC comes out with yet one more “poll” that perpetually shows the race “narrowing” or “tightening” but never quite showing Trump leading.
It’s amazing with the MSM. They must have cramps in their fingers from typing the word “tight” and “narrow” to not show Trump with a lead.
