Pneumonia is actually what Parkinson’s (and Binswanger’s) patients most commonly die from, particularly if they have the sort of swallowing issues that Hillary’s cough suggests she has.
So having some trace fluid down in her lungs may have been the fig leaf the doctor used to try to justify her cover story.
In other words, Hillary is dying.

She probably does actually have pneumonia .... “aspiration” pneumonia, from the cause(s) you mention. If you don’t take care of it, it can be fatal - good friend just died of it a month ago (he had PD).
