English composition students writing homework essays today are denied the advantage of being forbidden to use computers. Under the mandated, short attention span engendered by computers, they tend to pose strings of words beautifully composed with reference to in individual sentences, typically in arrays of functionally, largely unrelated paragraphs. (Schools in Finland forbid anything but pencil and paper. Finland's low-tech take on education, Politico, May 27, 2014.)
At the start of morning assembly in the state-of-the-art Viikki School in Helsinki, students’ smartphones disappear. In math class, the teacher shuts off the Smartboard and begins drafting perfect circles on a chalkboard. The students some of the highest-achieving in the world cut up graphing paper while solving equations using their clunky plastic calculators.
Extending this principle to the shrieking heads of the media and the electorate that allows them to set the agenda for national discussions during this election cycle, you arrive at an effort that cant relate in a single article, the monumentally disparate facts of Democrat Tim Kaines radical thought formation with the painfully obvious fact of Hillary Clintons neurological infirmity, to speculate, What Kind of President Will Tim Kaine Be?
In Townhall commentator Ken Blackwells “Tim Kaines Dangerous Liasons”, carried in these pages this morning, there is no mention of Hillarys health, either in the article, the Free Republic comments, nor in the Townhall original articles comments.
To put the issue in historical terms, which President ordered the dropping of atomic bombs on Japan? A man directly elected to that office by the people? No, when Harry S Truman authorized the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in August of 1945, FDR had been inaugurated for the fourth time only 6 months prior, and had died fewer than 4 months before the bombs were dropped. The first President of the Atomic Era would remain in office 4 years, 7 months and 14 days until the next presidential inauguration in 1949.
Of course, Americans knew nothing of the Manhattan Project to develop atomic weaponry when they elected FDR to his 4th term, an information blackout in comparison with the blizzard of information content the American electorate must face when deciding the future of our country.
But thats what qualifies us to vote: The ability to distinguish between the irrelevance of the campaigns rhetoric, with the fact of what we will be faced with for the next for years, once the election is over.
3 years, 7 months, 14 days. So your point is?
First gay president?
Well ... second.
Two gay presidents in a row
DANGEROUS very dangerous... that means we did have election fraud....and Hillary went to hell while in office...

Y GO THERE? He’s a lightweight. No bench.
It simply takes a second to mark vanities.
So you’re saying Tim Kaine is a...
?
On Chicago talk radio, Little Timmy is known as ‘the suburban Dad on the down-low’.
A cross of Bozo the clown and howdy doody. WADDA JERK!!
What's there to discuss of any import?

My nightmare scenario:
Hillary drops out for health reasons or dies, Kaine runs in her place.
Since he is still relatively unknown, his negatives and unpopularity are much lower than Hillary’s.
Voters who don’t like Trump but are voting for him because they hate Hillary more move to Kaine in enough numbers to squeak him over the top in November.
They will try and postpone the election and Obama gets another year
Hey, Freepers, this is a serious question.
Forget the epithets; what does Kaine stand for, to whom is he beholden? Who are his handlers?
If Hillary’s health forces her out, will the sympathy-relief vote (”Win one for the Grifter”) put Kaine in the White House?
Is Hillary merely a ‘stalking horse’, and if so, how long has she been one?
Kaine is not going to replace Hillary pre-election. Period.
