GLUE failure?
Just imagine 78 years ago and the proposed March 1938 Anschluss plebiscite vote with such a failure. “So sorry, Chancellor Hitler, but we will need to delay this to get better glue!”
Anyone care to think about what the response would have been? Since that planned plebiscite was actually superseded by the German troops ‘invading’ without resistance, the results were the same except that people now embarrassed would have been people then (probably) DEAD!
