Although I'm glad Mr. Hicks decided to write this piece now, I'm also sickened that he (and others) didn't resign at the time and hold a news conference to tell the American people the truth in real time. Because he and others didn't put country above their careers at the time, Clinton is now the Democrat nominee and stands at least a 50-50 chance of becoming our next president.

(Actually, this is Bill's way of getting around the 22nd Amendment, but this is another disgusting fact pertaining to the Clintons that gets ignored.)

That Hillary would use the likes of Sydney Blumenthal as her advisor shows her unfitness for being POTUS

.......the record shows that Secy Clinton persuaded Pres Obama to overthrow Qaddafi and advocated maintaining a diplomatic presence in Benghazi after the Libyan revolution....

Hillary's emails---which she fought tooth and nail to keep secret---reveal that Clinton crony, Sidney Blumenthal (at the same was a 320,000 thousand per annum employee of the Clinton Foundation) opined that she was 'vindicated' WRT the Libyan uprising even though the Benghazi scandal was still to come.

Best to keep in mind the money-driven nature of Blumenthal and Hillary's govt relationship:

Hillary wanted the Clintons' dirty tricks consigliere, Sidney Blumenthal, for a top position in the State Department, but vengeful Obama nixed the guy who played him dirty in the election.

In 2009, the Clintons duped the public, and its wealthy donors, and announced Blumenthal, had been hired......(wait for it)...... "to work on a Foundation project to promote Bill Clinton’s presidential legacy. "

(waiting for hysterical laughter to die down

HILLARY'S SECRET ADVISOR---AND TRIPLE DIPPER:

Blumenthal was officially at the Clinton Foundation but the greedy Sid was cashing in bigtime b/c, through Hillary, he had unlimited access to valuable US intel which brought big bucks in the global marketplace.

Sid's secret emails show that, in 2009, while on the Clinton Foundation payroll, ostensibly promoting Bill's legacy, Blumenthal spoon-fed Hillary reports on Libya that Hillary sent to senior officials without attribution......to manipulate US policy by which Sid could profit.

========================================

The NYT reports extensively on Blumenthal's secret emails to Hillary (emails she did not want revealed):

<><> in 2009 the Clintons announced Blumenthal was hired by the Clinton Foundation to "promote Bill's presidential legacy",

<><> at the same time Blumenthal was tight w/ American Bridge and Media Matters — two Democratic groups aiding 2016 Clinton's effort,

<><> Blumenthal was also a paid advisor to businesses seeking Libyan contracts (compromising US ntl interests, by marketing his influence at the State Dept);

<><> Blumenthal was secretly advising Secy of State Clinton about Libya @ $320,000 per year;

<><> Sid also pocketed $200,000 a year from Clinton political fixer, David Brock's, media operations.

================================================

Paraphrasing Chairman Gowdy “At the same time that Blumenthal was pushing Secy Clinton to all-out war in Libya, suck-up Sid was privately pushing his business interests WRT contracts with the "new" Libyan government — a government that would exist only after US military intervention in Libya that deposed Qaddafi.” (references below)

cont

REALITY CHECK Blumenthal was engaged in a massive conflict of interest since he was simultaneously being paid by (a) The Clinton Foundation, (b) Hillary's 2016 organizers, and, (3) businessmen w/ interests in Libya.

If Clinton knew, her actions in circulating memos precipitated by Blumenthal was egregious. If she did not know, her recklessness is subject to US laws.

Keep in mind that---to its donors and to the world beyond---all they knew was that the Clinton Foundation hired Sid Blumenthal to..... (wait for it)..... "promote Bill's presidential legacy." That's what Sid was supposed to be doing for his $325,000 foundation salary.

Now if the Clinton Foundation Board of Trustees signed off on the Blumenthal hire without being appraised of the full scope of his duties....that would violate state laws and place the trustees in legal jeopardy.

==============================================

REFERENCES The implications of this Blumenthal revelation are huge, as the Washington Free Beacon points out:

<><> Among the newly revealed (Benghazi) e-mails were a pair of messages from July 2011 in which Blumenthal described efforts to secure Libyan government contracts for Osprey Global Solutions, a company in which Blumenthal has admitted to having a financial interest.

<><>Blumenthal warned Clinton that French companies were looking to scoop up security contracts from the Transitional National Council, the revolutionary government of the Libyan resistance, and plugged Osprey’s ability to be an American counterweight.

<><> “It puts Americans in a central role without being direct battle combatants,” Blumenthal wrote of Osprey’s TNC contract. He described his efforts in “putting this arrangement together through a series of connections, linking the Libyans to Osprey and keeping it moving.”

<><> Clinton forwarded that message to Jake Sullivan, her deputy chief of staff, and asked to discuss it later.

BACKSTORY Sid Blumenthal was the conniving Clintons' bagman---a $325,000 employee of the Clinton Foundation, he promoted dubious foreign deals and schemes in which he had a financial interest.

Blumenthal was ambidextrous---emailing Libya foreign policy messages w/ one hand....his other hand firmly in the State Dept cookie jar.

In one confidential e-mail to Clinton, Blumenthal was clearly colluding w/ onetime Amb Joe Wilson to help himself to the cookie jar.

GAME ON Wilson pumped himself as a 'director' of Symbion Power---an outfit seeking millions of dollars in contracts from an obscure government agency chaired by Hillary....the Millennium Challenge Corp. (MCC)

In September 2010, Hillary's MCC awarded Symbion $47 million tax dollars for (cough) 'power projects in Tanzania.'

EVER WONDER how much of the $47 million tax dollars got to Tanzania....after the players divvied it up among Blumenthal, Wilson, the Clintons, Obama?

===========================================

FREEPER ACTION PROJECT--DO THIS NOW: demand the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) books be opened. We demand to know the financial details and the scope and dimension of individuals connected to these outrageous State Dept giveaways.........govt parasites profiting at taxayers' expense.

Comey - drawing strange powers from somewhere, out of the air - has exonerated her.

He, and his bitch in the Justice Department, say there is nothing more to this incident.

And our goddamned Congress seems to agree and will certainly will do nothing.

Save yourself some grief.

I don’t think cowardice in HRC’s part that night in Benghazi is relevant. She was safe in her bed wherever.

I think some company or some billionaire wanted/needed a continuing US presence in Lybya but not too many security guys that might get snoopy so they paid the Clinton Foundation millions to make it happen.

I further suspect the company or billionaire needed the US mission because they needed an honest, in country, broker of tens of millions of millions of dollars in weaponry. Every other homo sapient in Libya being a terrorist or crook or savage.

“Her die-hard supporters are incapable of rational thought, unfortunately.”

Hillary Clinton, as told to Dick Morris in “Rewriting History,” 2005: “Look, the average Democrat voter is just plain stupid. They’re easy to manipulate. That’s the easy part.”

Astonishing. They are so dim that even Rotten Cankles with her 85 IQ regards them as stupid.

#19 Evidently you didn’t watch the House Benghazi hearings? Hicks told the committee the same thing a couple of years ago. It was televised I think on C-SPAN.

He also told them “The Enemy Is in the house”.
