my reason for quietly is that to much has happened to politicize are military and I think a political military is just bad . I also think that we need to go through and get rid of political hacks that have been promoted beyond there skills this to should be done quietly. I understand your anger at how theses officers were treated but I really think the rhetoric after the election has to be dialed down because trump is probably going to have to deal with all the crimes the Clintons have done and with the political ramifications of canceling any of the deals that Obama has made with out treaty ratification.
